In-House Laboratory: precision and performance
After grinding, the samples undergo a detailed analysis in our in-house laboratory, where they are:
- Screened to determine the particle size distribution
- Dried to evaluate moisture content and assess how the material behaves under different drying conditions
- Analyzed using advanced measurement tools to ensure consistency and quality
This thorough examination allows us to fine-tune our machinery settings and optimize performance based on the customer’s specific needs. A comprehensive technical report is then compiled, detailing the test results, material characteristics, and process recommendations, and sent to the customer.
