MSG centrifugal mill offers two interchangeable refining ring configurations, allowing manufacturers to optimize flake quality according to the final product and production objectives.
Depending on the required particle geometry, throughput, and board specifications, the machine can be equipped with either the Conidur Ring or the Slotted Hole Ring. This flexibility enables the MSG to produce high-quality flakes for both surface and core layers, while maintaining excellent refining efficiency and consistent particle size distribution.
The quick ring replacement system further enhances production flexibility, allowing operators to switch configurations in just a few minutes and adapt rapidly to changing manufacturing requirements.
Conidur ring
The Conidur Ring features a finely perforated surface that provides superior particle refinement and excellent flake uniformity. It is particularly suitable for producing high-quality surface layer flakes, where precise particle geometry and consistent dimensions are essential for premium board quality.
Slotted Hole Ring
