Globus Test Center: precision testing for optimal results
At Globus, we offer our customers the opportunity to test their wood materials in our state-of-the-art Test Center, ensuring the best grinding solutions tailored to their needs.
Customers can send their wood samples, which are then processed using adjustable machine parameters to achieve the desired outcome. After grinding, the samples are taken to our in-house laboratory, where they undergo screening and drying for further analysis.
A detailed technical report is then prepared and sent to the customer, providing valuable insights to optimize their production process.
In-House Laboratory: precision and performance
After grinding, the samples undergo a detailed analysis in our in-house laboratory, where they are:
- Screened to determine the particle size distribution
- Dried to evaluate moisture content and assess how the material behaves under different drying conditions
- Analyzed using advanced measurement tools to ensure consistency and quality
This thorough examination allows us to fine-tune our machinery settings and optimize performance based on the customer’s specific needs. A comprehensive technical report is then compiled, detailing the test results, material characteristics, and process recommendations, and sent to the customer.
